The What Now? Team are currently running sessions across Lancashire to publicise our products and services.
It’s a 1 to 2 hour session run in a fun, participative style which enables young people to try out the services for real.
The workers talk the young people through the services What Now? offer and then working in teams young people participate in a quiz, finding answers to questions though using What Now? Interactive services including:
- Webtalk
- Phone Line
- Texting service
- E-mail service
- CD Rom and handbook
Prizes are given to the team that finish first. And, everyone receives an AQA certificate for taking part which can go in their Record of Achievement.

We would like to know what you thought of the session. Could we improve anything and if so how? We want your honest comments both good and bad so please comment away!
I thought it was good, though best on the phone, as we got through alot of questions and queries we had in a short amount of time. The Instant messenger was also appealing because you usually get an answer around 1-2 minuites.
We had what now? services down at the youth centre tonight and all of the girls got on on the web, looked through the book and called and texted. I was shocked how quick the response was from tx and the web talk! I think its a great service for yp!

we did the what now? road show and it was realy good. the reponces we got where accurate and were reli quick. i had great fun doing it with my friend and found out stuff i didnt know. we got toblerone at the end to which was nice. we neva do fun stuff like this in skool usually so it was nice. cheers what now? xox

we thought that it was quite entertaining and it was very informative and the book is very informative chris thought the forms were too long though.
the forms were too long….. less forms; more chocolate!!!
